What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply cloud, automation, AI, and business analysis to digital transformation work where I can reduce operational friction, connect technical decisions to ROI, and lead high-performing teams.

At Tech Mahindra, I led a 25-member L1/L2 team supporting more than 90 applications for European and American telecom clients. I reduced incidents by 50% through root-cause analysis, preventive measures, and data-driven architectural impact assessments.

I’ve built workflow automation that reduced Sales Order issues by 25% and supported telecom infrastructure migrations from on-premises environments to cloud to reduce costs and streamline operations. I bring seven years of software engineering and cross-functional leadership focused on connecting technical infrastructure with commercial outcomes.

More recently, I’ve applied Python, AI evaluation, analytics, and agentic AI to business challenges, including a serverless logistics workflow that reduced data-logging latency by 93%. I’m also developing AI benchmarking, RAG applications, and leadership analytics through my MBA at Asia School of Business in collaboration with MIT Sloan.
