What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, production-grade platforms where I can lead modernisation, cloud-native engineering, AI/LLM integrations, and cross-functional delivery.

I've delivered scalable production systems across fintech, BPO, media, logistics SaaS, and Malaysian technology companies including TDCX, AirAsia, HelloGold, LUMI News, and Shypple.

At TDCX, I designed an AI/LLM inference system for real-time KPI analytics and led delivery of an LLM-powered lead-generation platform with entity resolution, data sourcing, and automated sales hooks. I also modernised a legacy monolith into a modular architecture and built CI/CD-backed testing infrastructure to reduce deployment risk.

I've rebuilt notification infrastructure in Go for hundreds of thousands of users, improved API p95 latency by an estimated 30%, reduced query complexity by about 40%, and delivered multi-tenant B2B platforms. My work includes payment integrations, personalisation APIs, search migration, automated invoicing, and ISO-aligned engineering practices.

I build with Ruby on Rails, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, React, GCP, Kubernetes, and practical domain-driven design. Outside my core roles, I'm building Meettrics, a customisable scheduling and payments platform powered by Rails, Stripe, and automated Jenkins deployments.
