Managed an internal market development for pricing products across desks and external companies, including a customer portal and potential DMA access. Led requirements gathering and stakeholder management for cross-commodity hedging.

Headed implementation of a new in-house optimization platform for algo trading at EPEX and other exchanges. Rebuilt project management around a previously failed implementation, standardizing methodologies and managing budgets and timelines.

Managed implementation of Hitachi's ETRM for clients across Europe, including requirements and gap analysis through RFI/RFP processes. Demonstrated CTRM functionality and acted as PM for large client implementations.

Led implementation and replacement of HR and Payroll for Edinburgh Council, including requirements gathering, data migration planning, and RAID/Risk logs. Coordinated with Oracle and the council to ensure a complex design was understood and delivered on a tight deadline.

Acted as interim CTO to improve IT operations and support growth. Developed long-term strategies, improved business-IT communication, and mentored a young development team.

Reviewed the Endur trading platform implementation for a new energy trading company. Analyzed functionality for physical and financial swaps and PPAs, and spearheaded documentation for the CFO and head of trading to present alternative solutions.

Managed all development, BA, and test teams, leading the Trading Transformation Programme. Redesigned and rationalized trading systems, implemented DevOps for business requirements, and managed requirements for new contract types.

Responsible for implementing a new custom-developed CTRM, managing a full team of PMs, architects, BAs, and developers. Successfully replaced six financial systems with one, managing a budget of circa 30M CHF and reporting to the CEO and board.

Project managed and technically implemented an updated version of TriplePoint CXL, and managed the replacement of CXL with Endur v14.

Managed multiple teams across business areas for all change management, including rollout of Endur into Western Europe and replacing Brady Elviz across European offices.
