What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on wind turbine blade repair or field-service roles with a safety-first culture, steady field deployment, opportunities to lead, and to deepen composite repair expertise.

I am a hands-on wind blade repair technician with progressive field and factory experience, currently working at RWE Tech 1 Blade Repair Services. I have led blade repair teams and handled complex composite repairs, laminations, infusions, vacuum sealing and lightning protection system work.

My background spans blade manufacturing and up-tower/down-tower field service with roles at GDES and Aeolus/Vestas, where I performed grinding, scarfing, mapping, QC inspections, and advanced troubleshooting of blade and tower systems. I create work orders, submit technical reports, and use SAP and other operational tools.

I am bilingual (Spanish/English) and certified in OSHA 10, GWO, First Aid/CPR, Confined Space and infusion processes. I prioritize safety, quality, and teamwork, and I enjoy mentoring technicians and improving repair processes.
