I own a multi-tenant SaaS platform end to end, from fail-closed tenant isolation and per-tenant encryption to custom-domain authentication and delegated access. I built its passkey and OTP authentication, organization-scoped RBAC, support-ticket workflows, and runtime-configurable notifications.
For this client, I also built an idempotent importer from a legacy Laravel/MySQL system and a self-hosted CI runner fleet. I diagnosed production incidents involving CI/deploy divergence and database authorization, and hardened outbound requests against SSRF.
At TuMenuDigital, I shipped point-of-sale and thermal-receipt features, improved kitchen-display workflows, and hardened authentication and billing-tier enforcement. For a multi-business group, I built bank payment reconciliation, a tenant-isolated backend, and a clinical document pipeline.
I’ve also built and maintained email-processing and account-automation backends for independent clients. My projects include the Snug bookmark extension and work on the JSON Flow website and extension; I use Claude Code in a spec-driven workflow and review and verify its output.
