I designed and implemented NEXUS, an internal platform that replaced manual Google Sheets workflows for the Execution team. I also consolidated data across Latin America and Brazil and implemented agentic AI systems that saved USD 15K monthly in operating costs.
In my current Control Management role, I’m leading the migration of Fulfillment Mexico finance and cost tables to standardized ETL infrastructure in Dataflow. I’m also redesigning data models and architecture to make reporting more consistent and scalable.
