At Planet, I owned payment pilot integrations from technical handover through merchant configuration, testing, remote go-live, production hypercare and handover for wider rollout.
I configured merchant payment flows, card acceptance, DCC and tokenization requirements, and tested transaction communication across POS, terminals and hosts. I also built local test environments with physical terminals and simulators.
During merchant go-lives, I troubleshot connectivity and terminal configuration, then investigated production transactions and incidents using Integra Portal, Kibana and Grafana. I validated terminal releases and documented regressions for Development.
Previously, at Nokia Fixed Networks, I provided Global L2 technical support to telecom operators and investigated service incidents through remote analysis and physical-lab reproduction. My earlier telecommunications work included radio-network planning and performance analysis.
