I'm looking to lead product-aligned engineering teams, build durable delivery practices, and scale customer-facing SaaS platforms while investing in technical rigor, career growth, and high-trust collaboration.

At Charter Communications, I led front-end technical strategy for customer-facing features, partnering with Product and Design to unlock new markets and deliver scalable infrastructure.

I built an onshore team and two offshore teams of six, established recruiting and career-development frameworks, and coached teams toward predictable, high-quality delivery. I also embedded compliance standards into deployment pipelines and balanced technical debt, sustainability, and delivery needs across remote-first teams.

Previously, as a technical lead at Charter, I guided a 15-engineer third-party team, delivered critical platform features including WIFI Suspension, and helped decompose a mono-repo into micro-frontends for faster, more autonomous delivery.

My foundation spans Angular applications, Java and C# backends, Node.js, PHP, PostgreSQL, Selenium, and Cucumber automation. I bring full-stack experience from Blndspt.com and Briebug Solutions to engineering leadership, technical rigor, and scalable system design.
