Holly Duren

I am an engineering manager with over eight years in technology and more than five years leading and building high-performing engineering teams. I focus on hands-on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team culture while working alongside engineers to solve hard problems.

At Pager Health I lead a global team of ten engineers, run Agile/Scaled Agile ceremonies, own backlog health, and track and improve team KPIs to deliver core features. I organize cross-functional work across JavaScript, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable delivery.

Previously at Koch Industries I led a team of seven engineers as an application developer supervisor, acted as an engineering subject matter expert for client-facing applications, produced technical estimates, designed solution architectures, and reviewed code. My hands-on background includes AWS, Salesforce, TypeScript, Angular, event-driven and behavior-driven development, and observability tooling.

I hold a B.S. in Information Technology with minors in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, and Philosophy from the University of Tulsa. I am recognized for strong people leadership—receiving the Pager Health 2025 Leader Award and a 100% approval rating from direct reports—and I prioritize coaching, career growth, and building resilient teams.
