I'm looking to lead complex product initiatives where I can build intuitive user experiences, maintainable systems, and high-performing engineering teams.

At AlphaSights, I lead technical execution across product initiatives while managing a team of five engineers. I build and maintain production experiences using React, Next.js, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL, including AI capabilities that balance LLM spend, response quality, and user experience.

Previously, at Partners + Napier, I led frontend engineers and UX designers delivering digital products for government, healthcare, and financial services clients. I directed technical strategy, modernized the company website through a React and Next.js migration, and delivered accessible Section 508/WCAG-compliant websites.
