In my finance internship I collected, cleaned, and validated financial and operational data, built data collection systems that reduced errors, and produced dashboards and visualizations that informed management decisions. I have experience analysing complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.

As a customer care representative I handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, maintain strong service-level performance, and document interactions to improve resolution rates. My background in market and policy research, reporting, and presentations helps me translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
