At BrainRocket, I own quality validation for high-load distributed systems across web, mobile web, iOS, and Android. I define release readiness, investigate production issues, and apply AI-assisted workflows to impact analysis, test design, test data generation, and defect investigation.
Previously, I built QA processes from scratch for Seeking Alpha’s Marketplace and helped reduce critical production issues to near zero. I’ve also led QA teams for financial platforms, reduced production defects by 30%, and tested business-critical payment, subscription, KYC, and compliance flows.
