Design Engineer and senior frontend developer focused on design systems and accessible
What I'm looking for
I’m a Design Engineer and senior frontend developer with 7+ years of experience specializing in design systems, accessibility, and connecting engineering decisions to product thinking. I focus on building UI that scales—clean architecture, strong documentation, and a polished user experience.
Most notably, I introduced and led a full Ant Design → Radix UI migration (30+ components) that was Storybook-documented and delivered a 50% CSS bundle reduction. I also shipped WCAG AA in production across multiple products, implementing keyboard navigation and screen reader-safe markup where it mattered most.
At Harness, I built 10+ components for a new custom design system, owned the work from design spec to production, and integrated the components into the Gitness codebase—resolving 50+ cross-platform issues while maintaining test coverage. I proactively led accessibility practices, drove keyboard navigation improvements to production, and implemented fixes directly after component-level accessibility reviews.
At Frame, I led a 14-month design system migration to a custom Radix UI-based component library (30+ components) alongside regular feature delivery, restructuring frontend modules into a shared architecture and documenting 100+ Storybook stories. I also migrated to a Turborepo monorepo (8 to 18 packages) to eliminate the publish-redeploy cycle for design system changes, and I rebuilt mobile UX after data showed a 25% first-time mobile usage gap.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments

- Integrated design system components into the Gitness (open-source code hosting & pipeline engine) codebase and resolved 50+ cross-platform issues across the product
Led a 14-month Ant Design to custom Radix UI-based design system migration (30+ components), cutting CSS bundle size by 50% and improving accessibility across the app. Restructured 5 frontend modules into shared architecture, documented 100+ Storybook stories, built an email tag input that parses/deduplicates/validates bulk lists, and migrated to a Turborepo monorepo
