I’m a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with a passion for administrative work. I strive for efficiency and precision, whether I work as part of a team or independently.

In customer-facing roles, I’ve delivered clear face-to-face outreach and service presentations. As a Customer Outreach Associate, I help customers initiate insurance claims for windshield replacements, manage my residential territory independently, and record daily service leads.

I also bring hands-on IT support experience from my internship at CareerSource Tampa Bay. I collaborated in a team of 3 to decommission 8 network servers, reconfigure wire management to improve system organization, and maintain 50 network public computers daily to ensure end-user functionality.

I support operational accuracy with data organization and tracking. During my internship, I organized and updated an Excel spreadsheet covering the operating status of 200+ computers, and I’ve built the same attention to detail through customer service—maintaining 100% accurate till and cash transactions while following sanitation and safety procedures.
