I am an entertainment attorney with hands-on experience supporting record labels, promoters, and law firms on intellectual property, copyright, trademarks, and complex music industry contracts. I have drafted and negotiated digital distribution, master and trademark licenses, synchronization deals, and live performance agreements for major audiovisual and music projects.

My background includes managing trademark portfolios with filings, renewals, oppositions and appeals before the Colombian Trademark Office (SIC), coordinating copyright and phonogram registrations, and conducting rights clearances for international films and series. I have supported negotiations with artists, managers, aggregators and strategic partners while collaborating closely with marketing, A&R, and production teams to ensure legal clearance and compliance.
