I'm looking to lead commercial legal, compliance, and data privacy work in regulated environments, partnering with business leaders to manage risk, strengthen governance, and enable sustainable operations.

I've led legal strategy for regulated businesses including Diageo Colombia, Grupo Nutresa, and Nestlé de Colombia, helping commercial teams manage risk while keeping operations moving.

At Diageo Colombia, I supported a contract termination that avoided potential penalties of up to USD 1M, delivered nationwide competition and data protection training, and redesigned contract templates using Legal Design principles to accelerate execution.

At Servicios Nutresa, I advised multiple business units on regulatory, contractual, and governance matters, led the compliant liquidation of the Cocoa Fund, and implemented data protection remediation plans across the Group.
