At Grupo UMA Colombia, I coordinated national logistics operations for motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories, managing orders, billing, and distribution through SAP SD. I supported monthly distribution growth from 9,500 to more than 19,000 units and worked across commercial, planning, and operations teams to improve service levels.
As SAP SD Key User on the Adventure project, I gathered requirements, supported UAT, trained users, and provided Hypercare support to approximately 100 users. I later supported post-implementation SAP Rise and the stabilization of critical processes; at Digicode SAS, I reduced operating costs by approximately 12%.
