At Forethought, I led backend development of an AI email automation system that combines LLM intent classification with RAG over customer-specific knowledge bases to generate grounded replies. I designed multi-tenant isolation for customer documents and context, and the system processes 500+ emails daily.
I also built product features including a self-serve workflow editor and a real-time messaging pipeline connecting the chat widget with Intercom. At Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, I developed RPA and financial reconciliation workflows that reduced review time from four hours to 15 minutes per agent.
