Andrei Pliukhaev
@andreipliukhaev
I build and lead full-stack products from architecture through production, specializing in Node.js, TypeScript, and event-driven systems.
What I'm looking for
At Quantori, I led and mentored development teams while automating releases with GitHub Actions, running Azure deployments, and migrating Node.js microservices to a KSQL architecture. I’ve built and maintained event-driven microservices using Kafka and Confluent, and shipped solutions including a notes-style application built on Plate.
Through PluhSoft, I take B2B products from idea to production across backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, CI/CD, AQA, and client delivery. I built a complete taxi-dispatch platform with dispatcher web tools, iOS and Android apps, payments, and notification bots, and I mentor engineers through commercial workflows from junior to middle level.
