At AscentCore, I lead up to nine engineers in Rover’s Booking Product Group, owning the booking lifecycle across messaging, payments, checkout, loyalty, partner integrations, web, and native apps. I partner with Product, UX, and Business Development to turn incomplete requirements into actionable roadmaps and measurable delivery.

I led the Bright Horizons enterprise partnership launch, replacing a legacy gift-card system with a credit-based payment method that launched with zero production issues and became a sustained revenue stream. I also directed the migration of core messaging from a Django monolith and native mobile apps to React SSR and React Native, eliminating 170+ annual platform-related bugs.

I’ve built and scaled distributed teams, introduced phase-gated development standards and observability requirements, and piloted AI-native practices including Claude Code, automated PR triage, and AI-assisted bug fixing. Earlier, I combined UI development with Scrum leadership on Cisco’s Secure Events Coordinator Web App, delivering a full theme redesign, reusable components, and stronger Agile delivery practices.
