I am a project-oriented Order-to-Cash (OTC) Specialist with over 10 years' experience in accounts receivable, collections, and operational process improvement within large multinational environments. I have led cross-functional and international projects for 3+ years, managing platform migrations, SOP roll-outs, end-to-end project planning, stakeholder engagement, KPI/SLA control, and risk mitigation.

I hold PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certifications and bring advanced expertise in SAP FI/FSCM and reporting tools, plus a solid understanding of transport and logistics operations. Key achievements include handling monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in SAP (including IFRS and general allowances), executing intercompany billing, customer compensations, and cash applications across EMEA.
