I’m a results-driven Process Automation Analyst with 4+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash operations. I focus on process redesign and enterprise automation that removes inefficiencies without requiring system-level changes.

At Schlumberger (SLB), I managed 200–250 rental orders/month and ~50 techno-commercial cost estimations/month end-to-end in SAP O2C while maintaining zero escalations on billing accuracy. I initiated and led a billing cycle transformation (26–25 → 16–15), increasing invoice recovery from 65% to 98% and earning benchmark recognition from Finance leadership.

I’ve also served as an SAP Super User for a 17-member operations team—resolving T-code access issues, system errors, and reporting requests, and onboarding new joiners on SAP workflows. Alongside this, I provided techno-commercial costing support using SAP BOM, purchase history, and vendor quotations to help proposal work across multiple locations.

Through automation projects, I reduced price validation time from 5 minutes to under 1 minute using SAP scripting + Power Automate, and I automated RFQ workflows to cut preparation time from 2 hours to under 10 minutes (~90% efficiency gain). I’ve also built validators to prevent billing/EDI errors at the source and automated recurring contract updates to eliminate ~20 hrs/month of manual data entry.
