I am a fashion, marketing, and digital communication professional with hands-on internship experience supporting brand campaigns, community management, and customer-facing roles. I combine academic training in Fashion Business and Management with practical experience across retail and corporate marketing teams.

During internships at Bioscalin and Gervasoni Autotrasporti I supported digital campaign execution, coordinated content and photoshoot logistics, monitored KPIs (including GA4), and assisted with data-driven reporting to optimize engagement. I worked cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across channels.

In retail at Reserved I delivered personalized, customer-centric service, provided styling guidance, handled after-sales processes, and contributed to achieving sales targets while preserving a premium in-store experience. These roles strengthened my understanding of consumer behavior and product storytelling.
