I’m looking for a pro-audio team where I can own customer support end-to-end, partner tightly with product development, and turn real-world feedback into measurable improvements—using structured troubleshooting, strong documentation, and clear communication.

I’m a customer-focused technical specialist with 17+ years at the intersection of product, support, and user experience in the professional audio industry. In my current role (ADAM Audio / Focusrite Group), I’m solely responsible for technical support and customer experience across the DACH region, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues on macOS and Windows—including DAW integration and system-level troubleshooting.

I manage complex customer cases end-to-end across multiple touchpoints (ticket systems and phone support) and act as a key interface between customers and product development, translating real-world feedback into actionable insights. Earlier, at Focusrite, I supported German-speaking customers across the DACH region, coordinated RMA processes, reproduced customer setups for error analysis, and collaborated closely with development to support repair workflows—always paired with strong translation (German/English) and knowledge documentation to optimize processes.
