Created brand manual and product portfolio in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, defining graphic guidelines. Designed and adapted graphic pieces for digital channels and social media, and edited audiovisual content in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Led an illustrated poetry book from start to finish, including art direction, illustration, and layout in InDesign, delivered print-ready. Presented at the Bogotá International Book Fair (FILBO) 2026 and managed production schedule and final file preparation.

Designed the visual identity of an emerging publishing house, including logo, color palette, and typographic system. Researched editorial references to inform design decisions and defined usage guidelines for brand consistency.

Optimized the web and app purchase flow, clarifying baggage information to reduce friction and complaints. Redesigned communications for passengers with special needs, prioritizing accessibility and clarity, and reorganized the Help Center based on user behavior analysis and CX benchmarking.

Designed a multi-touch strategy and service blueprint to connect Primax leaders with future interns. Produced visual pieces (posts, reels, and fanzines) aligned with key touchpoints.

Consolidated the visual and narrative identity of visualizers, music videos, and digital brand pieces; supported production and analyzed content performance on digital platforms.

Illustrated fauna, nature, and representative objects of Pereira and Quindío for an emerging coffee brand and developed the packaging identity system from concept to final illustrations.

Completed a 2D Animation course from February to July 2026.

Pursued a degree in Design with a focus on Arts, covering editorial design, visual identity, and layout.
