I’m a Licensed Insurance Professional and current Life Insurance Broker with Symmetry Financial Group, specializing in Life and Health while also holding Property and Casualty licensing. I help individuals and families find mortgage protection and life insurance that fits their budget, with access to 40+ carriers.

Before brokering, I built strong benefits and compliance expertise as a Benefits Coordinator at Compliance LLC within a PEO environment. I coordinated and administered about 15 health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and group life policies, and I supported hundreds of new and current employees through the benefits enrollment process across multiple carrier websites and our internal platform.

I also served as a Benefits Specialist for NTA Life (Horace Mann), where I was the worksite division representative for 22 counties in southern West Virginia. I consulted directly with teachers and state employees, offering short-term disability, accident, and supplemental health options, balancing field outreach with remote work from my home office.

Earlier in my career, I focused on Personal Lines insurance—generating new business as a Risk and Sales Advisor and strengthening relationships as an Account Manager, handling policy quoting/issuance, coverages, service requests, payments, and claims while working toward and earning my CISR designation. With more than a decade in the insurance industry and earlier frontline customer experience in telecommunications, I bring an analytical, detail-oriented approach, strong communication, and a service mindset to every client conversation.
