At Giesecke+Devrient ePayments, I lead the identification, prioritization and implementation of AI use cases, with 15 production AI assistants and workflows launched and around 20 more in progress.
I own the roadmap and requirements for an internal AI assistant while partnering on architecture, implementation, prompt design, troubleshooting and selected code contributions. I also guide teams on feasibility, value, risk, security and implementation approach.
Previously, I initiated and developed the first prototype of an internal AI assistant for Jira and Confluence, defining its architecture, implementing core components and helping it grow into a cross-functional project. I’ve also built customer-specific card-personalization processing flows and automated validation logic using C#/.NET, SQL and scripting.
My background spans Python, data migration, database logic, production support and technical community building. I enjoy translating real business problems into practical AI systems and helping teams build their AI capabilities.
