Andrea Hernández

I am an experienced psychologist with a strong background in social and community psychology. I hold a Master's Degree in Social and Community Psychology from the Universidad de Sevilla and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from ITESO.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles. Currently, I am working at AstraZeneca as a People Services Specialist and Lead of the Inclusion and Diversity Committee. In this role, I am responsible for the operations of the talent acquisition process, including conducting background research on candidates and setting up interviews. I also provide direct support to managers and recruiters in the hiring process. Additionally, I coordinate the Diversity and Inclusion team, promoting social inclusion and valuing diversity in the workplace.

Prior to my current role, I worked at HIC ME, A.C. as a Collaborator, where I was responsible for the written content of the association's social networks and provided administrative support as needed. I also have experience as a Coordinator of HR Operations at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise/ DXC Technology, where I managed case management and employee service chats. I provided HR assistance to managers and employees and proposed solutions for their needs.

I currently live in the beautiful town of San Francisco, Nayarit, with my partner and my dog. I'm currently looking of a remote job with a company that matches my values and passions. I'm hard worker and extremely well-organized working from home.
