At Liceo Holandés, I administered iPads with Mosyle MDM and Apple Configurator 2, from provisioning and configuration to user assignment. I deployed approximately 60 devices and maintained asset inventories across three campuses.
I coordinated IT support across those campuses, prioritized incidents, assigned tasks, and directly supervised one team member. I also managed user accounts and access, resolved device and platform issues, and trained users.
At AS Operadora de Viajes y Eventos, I performed functional testing of websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms. I communicated issues to the development team, retested features after fixes, and followed up on outstanding items.
