Andile Mpungose

I’m a Civil Engineering Technician trained at Mangosuthu University of Technology, with a Diploma in Civil Engineering completed in 2024. I’m also ECSA-registered and focused on converting engineering drawings and site requirements into dependable construction results.

From Feb 2023 to April 2024, I worked as a Student Technician at Sipho Glad Construction Pty-Ltd, supporting the supervision of earthworks, concrete works, and drainage. I strengthened my technical foundation through site measurements, assisting with construction material procurement, and contributing to quality control and quality assurance on site. I also attended site meetings, assisted with planning and execution, and supported minutes writing.

As a Construction Supervisor (April 2024 to March 2025) at Noxolo & Mali Trading Pty-Ltd, and later as an Assistant Construction Manager (March 2025) at Bumbelihle Holdings Pty-Ltd, I oversaw daily construction operations and ensured compliance with plans and specifications. I supervise and evaluate construction staff, implement and monitor safety procedures through regular inspections, and produce progress and quality control reports. I bring strong engineering documentation habits—setting out of work, interpreting drawings, handling payment certificates, and preparing detailed project reports—to every project.
