At Vision Studio Computers, I was the sole QA Engineer assessing a 20-year-old production ERP ahead of its rebuild. With no specifications, I analysed workflows across 8 user roles and turned them into testable requirements and cross-role scenarios.
I designed test cases across 6 modules using risk-based methods, then executed functional, integration, system, and regression testing. I traced coverage through an RTM and reported defects with network-level evidence and root cause analysis; my findings shaped the rebuild plan.
Before QA, I worked on the business side at Vision Studio Computers as a Product & Procurement Coordinator. I maintained specifications, pricing, and classification for 30,000+ products, and proposed and validated ERP improvements with the developer.
In my QA projects, I’ve tested an LLM banking support agent against independent expected results and explored a recruitment platform with no documentation. I bring a practical, no-nonsense approach to quality—and enough humour to keep an engineering team sane.
