As the sole QA engineer, I was responsible for both manual and automated testing in a critical project, ensuring the quality and reliability of systems supporting drone operations and client interactions. I also contributed to another critical project as part of a 3-member QA team, performing manual and automation tests.

I contributed to three projects, transitioning from QA engineer to a dual QA and Product Owner role in one. I designed and implemented automated tests using Cypress with TypeScript, integrating them into GitLab CI, and performed manual testing for native iOS and Android applications.

As the sole QA engineer, I owned the end-to-end testing process, including manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and integration layers. I developed and executed test plans and mentored the team on testing best practices, contributing to the company's successful acquisition.

I contributed to the development and testing of online lottery platforms for multiple international clients, performing both manual and automation testing. I developed automation scripts using Groovy, Geb, Spock, Gradle, and WireMock, focusing on UI testing.

I contributed to the development and testing of critical telecommunication equipment, focusing on automation using TTCN-3, Robot Framework, and Jenkins. I collaborated with global teams to deliver robust solutions and wrote technical documentation for clients.

I provided technical support by troubleshooting and repairing banking equipment and trained non-technical colleagues on hardware and software usage. I documented technical processes and maintained an inventory of the bank's equipment, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Studied computer science at the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia. Gained foundational knowledge in various aspects of computing.
