What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a long-term remote role in healthcare operations, operations coordination, customer support, project coordination, or administrative operations. I’m motivated to learn new software, systems, and processes while supporting complex workflows and delivering reliable, organized support.

I've spent six years in Belarusian hospitals, including four years as an Operating Room Nurse at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics in Minsk. I prepare surgical rooms, instruments, sterile supplies, and equipment while coordinating procedures with surgeons, nurses, anesthesiology staff, students, and other healthcare professionals.

I manage competing priorities, documentation, sterility, safety, and supply workflows under pressure. I'm now pursuing a long-term remote career in healthcare operations, coordination, customer support, project coordination, or administrative operations, and I'm ready to learn new systems and processes.
