Ana Sofia Bernal España

I'm an Architect graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, with a 5-year professional degree and license. My international experience includes an Erasmus+ exchange semester in Lithuania focused on heritage conservation, and a professional internship at an architectural design firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Although I hold a full architecture degree and license, my professional experience so far has been in architectural drafting rather than design-lead roles. In my current position, I prepare technical drawings and documentation, working daily with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to support design development, construction documentation, and client-facing visualizations.

Throughout my studies and internships, I worked on projects spanning heritage restoration, residential design, and technical documentation for construction. I'm precise, detail-oriented, and used to managing multiple complex files independently, which has prepared me well for remote collaboration with international teams.

I'm currently looking for a role where I can grow beyond drafting into more design-focused responsibilities that make use of my full architectural training — ideally in heritage restoration or interior design, though I'm open to other architecture-related opportunities, remote or on-site abroad, that offer strong compensation and professional growth.
