With a Master’s in Strategic Human Resources Management, I am an HR professional dedicated to fostering positive employee experiences and implementing strong HR practices. My experience spans over two years in multinational environments, where I have honed my skills in recruitment, onboarding, and training. I am particularly passionate about employee well-being and psychological safety, a focus that was central to my master's thesis.

Currently, I work as a Talent Attraction Specialist at Sodexo Business Services, where I partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop job descriptions. My role involves sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. I also lead employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, aiming to attract top talent while promoting a positive company image.

Previously, I served as a Learning & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Transdev Portugal and as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, where I developed recruitment strategies and supported employer branding efforts. My diverse experience has equipped me with the skills to manage recruitment processes effectively and contribute to continuous improvement within HR functions.
