I’m a Manual QA Tester with 1+ year of hands-on experience in software testing within a banking environment. I focus on executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and ensuring strong product quality.

At ProCredit Bank, I performed manual testing of web and internal banking applications. I executed test cases, found functional and UI defects, and reported and tracked bugs using Jira, while maintaining clear testing reports.

I also collaborated closely with developers and teammates to resolve issues, contributing directly to improving overall product quality and user experience. I’m detail-oriented and focused on delivering reliable, high-quality software.

Before that, as a Junior Business Analyst at Wissol, I gathered and analyzed business requirements and collaborated with stakeholders and development teams. I supported documentation and process improvements, which strengthened how I approach testing from both quality and requirements perspectives.
