What I'm looking for

I’m looking to design across end-to-end product experiences, build and evolve design systems, and turn user research into usable flows—ideally in product teams like fintech where I can ship continuous improvements and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers.

I’m a product designer who’s worked across Credgenics’ fintech, ed-tech, agritech, and O2O commerce debt collections SaaS—supporting 150+ lender clients and redesigning key product flows like Instantpay onboarding.

At Credgenics, I launched zero-to-one concepts with AI-assisted ideation, built a design system, and redesigned a sidebar revamp across product modules with measurable usability improvements (~22% fewer navigation errors). I also created a data-driven dashboard to balance usability, speed, and hierarchy—driving higher adoption, weekly usage, and satisfaction.

Before that, at Instantpay and ProProfs, I led end-to-end product and brand design, ran field research and usability testing, and integrated structured feedback into the design pipeline. I’ve used journey mapping, personas, and experimentation (A/B testing) to shape mobile and web experiences for 100K+ retail users.
