At CRM Team Innovation, I develop, test, and deploy Salesforce features for Anglian Water Services and Reg.Direct. For Anglian Water Services, I implemented Apex Triggers using a handler-class architecture, and for Reg.Direct I developed LWC interfaces with SLDS.

On the Domain Summarizer project, I developed functionality that extracts domains from records and stores them in a dedicated object, helping customers identify which Accounts, Leads, or Contacts are associated with a domain. I also use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in my development workflow.

Previously, I built RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot and Spring MVC at Persistent Systems, and maintained PHP and Classic ASP web modules at Itrix Inc. At Bosch, I developed Python/TensorFlow models for process parameter analysis and built Power BI and Tableau dashboards for production monitoring.
