I am a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience in industry development and technical instruction, having served as an Executive in the Department of Industries and Commerce and as a Lecturer at Mangalam Polytechnic College.
My technical work includes a project studying heat-treated blended metals using SEM and EDAX analysis and a seminar on hybrid laser arc welding that explored laser-arc synergy for deep, narrow welds. I completed the NPTEL course “Sustainability Through Green Manufacturing Systems” (76%) and undertook an internship at The Travancore Cements Limited for practical manufacturing exposure.
I focus on applying piping expertise, materials characterization, heat-treatment knowledge, and sustainable manufacturing practices to solve industrial problems while mentoring students and junior engineers.
