What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI-native performance and chaos engineering transformation, building automation-first platforms that strengthen resiliency, accelerate root-cause analysis, and improve end-customer experience.

At VOIS – Vodafone Intelligent Services, I scaled Performance Engineering from fewer than 10 to 100+ specialists supporting hundreds of applications across Vodafone markets. I led the shift from reactive testing to proactive performance engineering through NFT strategy, governance, capacity planning, scalability targets, and Shift-Left adoption.

I engineered a Jenkins and Azure DevOps performance pipeline that cut execution effort by 50% and saved over £100K through elastic-cloud load generators. I also led critical root-cause investigations across application, database, caching, and infrastructure layers, delivering performance gains of up to 500%.

I'm now building an AI-native Performance Engineering and RCA platform using multi-agent design, LLM orchestration, governed tool layers, FastAPI, and a web UI. My applied AI work also includes an AI/ML and NLP-based cognitive test analysis and reporting platform for zero-touch reporting.

Across Citicorp, HCL, HTC Global Services, and TCS, I've delivered performance engineering for banking, ecommerce, healthcare, telecom, and SAP systems. I enjoy turning complex production behaviour into clear root causes, scalable engineering practices, and better customer experiences.
