I am a seasoned IT professional with 19+ years of industry experience, focused on performance testing, engineering, and performance consulting. I combine deep hands-on expertise with strategic leadership to deliver scalable, resilient systems across cloud and on-prem environments.

I have established and led NFT Centers of Excellence and 15+ member performance engineering teams, driving initiatives in AI-augmented performance practices, observability, and resilience testing. I have partnered with global clients including Microsoft, BMW, Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo, and First Abu Dhabi Bank.

My technical strengths span performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad), monitoring and observability (InfluxDB, Grafana, Datadog, NewRelic, Splunk), distributed systems (Kafka, IBM MQ, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker), and database tuning (Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server). I also build CI/CD-enabled performance pipelines and automation for continuous validation.
