Anamika Adhikari
@anamikaadhikari
Legal research and data management intern focused on social justice impact.
What I'm looking for
I’m a BBM LLB student recognized in the “top 0.98% of Harvard Aspire Leaders Program 2025,” with a focus on legal technology, social justice advocacy, and youth empowerment. I bring strong analytical discipline and a commitment to community-centered outcomes.
In my “Legal Research & Data Management Intern” role with ADHIKARI Women’s Health & Empowerment Program, I conducted comprehensive legal research on “gender-based violence laws and health rights frameworks” under the Nepalese legal system. I also “accurately entered and managed 500+ beneficiary case records,” maintaining “100% compliance with donor reporting requirements.”
I collaborated with senior advocates to “draft legal awareness materials for rural outreach programs,” reaching “300+ community members.” I also supported documentation for legal aid clinics serving underserved populations, strengthening my ability to translate research into practical, service-ready outputs.
Beyond law, I’m developing leadership and communications through practical experience—such as coordinating inter-collegiate sports events with sponsorships and volunteer management. I’m eager to apply my “legal research, business strategy, and community leadership capabilities” in roles that combine legal impact with social impact and stakeholder engagement.
