I'm looking for a remote administrative, operations, financial administration, or digital marketing role where I can improve processes, support distributed teams, manage clinic or business operations, and contribute to growth through organized execution and campaign support.

At Smile Creators, I manage the administrative and financial operations of a healthcare clinic, from payroll, Social Security filings, and monthly tracking to physician and patient scheduling. I also lead digital marketing using Canva, Meta Business Suite, GoDaddy, and Google Analytics to grow online visibility and patient engagement.

Previously, at Amanecer Medico S.A.S. and Fundación Clínica Infantil Club Noel, I handled collections, invoicing, reconciliation, billing, claims, patient admissions, and healthcare documentation. I use SAP, Eurowin, Conexia, Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace to keep financial and administrative processes accurate and organized.

I'm comfortable working remotely, supporting distributed teams across time zones, coordinating recruitment, travel, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
