I’m a Junior QA Automation Engineer and Software Support Engineer with hands-on experience in API validation, manual testing, and root-cause analysis across API, database, and integration workflows. At FAN Courier, I investigate, reproduce, and document issues, validate module integrations, and handle daily support cases while working within SLA expectations.
I also build automation and testing support—most notably a Python script to generate service/option combinations and exercise an AWB generation endpoint during a major architecture migration.
