What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my technology and communication systems background, learn new skills, take on new challenges, and grow both individually and professionally.

I'm currently planning photovoltaic system layouts at Enpal, using SOPE to model and visualize panel arrays, select orientation, and prepare plans aligned with installation requirements.

My Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Tirana gave me a foundation in voice, data, radio, optical fiber, waves, and service-disruption solutions. I also gained exposure to Albania's electronic communications and postal regulatory landscape during an internship at AKEP.

Previously, I supported customers at Touch Support Inc. through phone, email, and chat while maintaining customer data in Salesforce. I'm enthusiastic about learning new skills, challenging myself in new fields, and growing professionally.
