At Elteknik sh.p.k, I design electrical systems for buildings, including interior, exterior, and decorative lighting and low-voltage power distribution.
My work also covers fire alarm and emergency lighting, voice evacuation and PA systems, and earthing and lightning protection systems.
Before joining Elteknik sh.p.k, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues on a major online platform.
I'm studying for a Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering at Polytechnic University of Tirana, building on my Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. My studies cover robotics, automation, systems integration, and machine learning applications.
