I've collected and processed time-sensitive specimens across St. Mary's Medical Center, Jupiter Medical Center, and OBGYN Specialists of the Palm Beaches, supporting trauma, oncology, renal dialysis, and prenatal patients.

At St. Mary's Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, I completed 40–60 blood and non-blood specimen collections per shift during critical staffing shortages. I also performed CLIA-waived testing, specimen registration, billing documentation, microbiology support, and reference-lab routing, earning an Award of Appreciation for Excellence in Service.

As the sole phlebotomist at OBGYN Specialists, I managed daily schedules for 15+ maternal-fetal patients, processed NIPT and Empower screens, and coordinated time-sensitive gestational glucose tolerance testing. I paired clinical precision with front-desk coordination, appointment scheduling, and patient intake support.

My housing intake work strengthened my trauma-informed care, verbal de-escalation, documentation, and crisis-intervention approach. I'm committed to HIPAA, OSHA, JCAHO, infection-control, and chain-of-custody standards while helping patients feel informed and at ease.
