I’m looking for a healthtech team where I can own production backend and prompt/voice AI for EHR-connected workflows, with strong clinical collaboration, compliance-minded engineering, and measurable impact on patient care.

I’m a Full-Stack Developer focused on healthcare systems—especially voice AI, EHR integration, and AI-driven clinical automation. I bring 3+ years of production experience building patient-facing platforms and backend infrastructure across Mexico and Latin America.

At Clinica Mind (SF-based), I own the prompt architecture and backend infrastructure for a live voice AI agent handling 1,200+ patient calls/month. I improved prompt performance from 74% to 93% success rate and built automation that extracts structured patient data from unstructured clinical emails, eliminating manual read-and-reentry workflows.

I’m also the Founder & Lead Developer of Therapy Sin Fronteras, where I built a bilingual telehealth platform from zero and launched it live across 177 countries. I architected the full stack with React 18 + TypeScript + Supabase (PostgreSQL), payments (Stripe + Conekta), video (Daily.co), and a Claude-based AI companion module (Eva).

My psychology and neuroscience background guides how I design clinical UX and how AI should behave when a patient is distressed—reducing cognitive load and supporting care pathways with healthcare-grade reliability. I’ve implemented HIPAA NPP and NOM-004-SSA3 compliance, integrated GAD-7/PHQ-9/PSS-10/NOM-035 assessments, and validated quality with 129 passing Vitest tests via CI/CD.
