I’m looking to lead dynamic IFRS-focused projects where I can apply deep technical accounting expertise and data-driven analysis, partner with cross-functional teams, and help drive operational excellence through clear frameworks, reliable reporting, and strong people leadership.

I bring a proven track record leading cross-functional international projects and applying strong technical and analytical skills to support strategic decision-making. I’m currently seeking to apply these strengths in new and dynamic projects where I can combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.

As an IFRS 17 implementation Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I led technical accounting advisory for multi-year IFRS 17 projects, helped clients apply the standard effectively, and supported audit teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and compliance. Within the PwC network, I served as secretary of two insurance community working groups, including one focused on standardized guidance, and I collaborated with Sustainability as a liaison bridging accounting content with EU Green Taxonomy implementation requirements.

Previously at Allianz, I managed the implementation of IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 across the whole Allianz Group, translating IFRS 17 into a “bullet proof accounting framework” and driving development of the group calculation tool in close contact with actuaries and IT teams. Earlier, as a Group Accounting & Reporting Coverage Officer, I performed quarterly/monthly analytical reviews, supported IFRS/US GAAP (insurance accounting) and Solvency II topics, and oversaw consolidation processes and consolidated analytical reviews of Property & Casualty loss reserves.
