I've delivered QA across core banking, digital payments, and SaaS products, including Temenos T24 upgrades, Banque Du Caire digital banking, Worldline Tap-on-Mobile, and Fedcap Inc. services. At Inklusiv, I built API automation in Postman and Bruno with Newman in GitHub Actions so endpoint failures surface on commit.

I've designed JMeter performance testing for web, Android, iOS, and APIs; maintained Selenium, Maven, and TestNG regression frameworks; and authored roughly 600 test cases for SAIB's T24 upgrade. I also handle test strategy, requirement discovery, defect closure, SQL verification, and end-to-end test delivery where documentation or process is still being defined.

Beyond testing, I've written user stories and acceptance criteria, acted as Product Owner and Scrum Master to deliver a 32-ticket project phase, and built a reusable non-functional test suite library now being adopted as a team standard.
